Truly You Med Spa, PC provides aesthetic and wellness treatments. A consultation is required before certain treatments to ensure safety. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for medical or safety reasons at our sole discretion.

2. Appointments and Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to us. We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Failure to provide 24 hours' notice may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of your deposit.

4. Payments and Refunds

Full payment is due at the time of service. Due to the nature of aesthetic medical treatments, we do not offer refunds on services rendered. Product returns are subject to our specific in-store return policy.
